Let’s Get Started!
We’re so excited to be your new marketing team! We’re ready to get started, but there are a few pieces of information we need to make sure that we’re doing our best to elevate your brand!
Don’t worry if some of this information doesn’t apply to you, or you don’t know the answer. This is just a tool to help us to help you succeed.
Exactly that! The basics of who we need to speak to, how we need to contact them, and what to do if we can’t contact them.
For account access, if you haven’t given us the information and still need to, don’t hesitate to reach out to let us know how you would like to handle the transfer of information. We can also walk you through how to give the Muldrow team admin access.
One of the best ways to connect with your customers is by telling them your origin story! This gives us a chance to shed a little light on the people that are behind the brand and helps to build trust with clients.
Stating your business’s values is also a great way to build trust with customers. A lot of people look for businesses that share the same values. It helps to have them laid out so there is no question about who you are and what you care about.
It will be much easier for your customers to recognize your brand if you consistently use the same colors, fonts, and imagery. You want your customers to get to a place where they immediately recognize it is your business based on a color or style they see. When you think of The Home Depot, you think of that rich orange color. What about McDonald’s? Red with curvy golden arches.
If your business already has a brand style guide, you can upload it instead of filling out the form.
Your brand voice is the tone of voice that your business uses when communicating with customers. Choosing a brand voice helps to ensure consistency in all of your marketing efforts. Think of how your target audience might want to receive information from you. For example, a family law firm might want to have a more serious and respectful tone, while a toy store would want something more enthusiastic and fun.
Knowing who your customers are is key to designing the perfect marketing campaign. It is ok to guess these answers for now, your amazing new marketing team will work to define this a little more and create a customer avatar to help reach marketing goals.
Chances are we already spoke to you about your goals. Having them written down is a great way for the team to be on the same page and helps us to keep those in mind when working on your marketing campaigns!
